UNIQLO will be launching tomorrow
at 1000 hours! I really cannot wait for this day to arrive!! Their clothing is
unique and trendy. You could see the UNIQLO CM below which I copied from the

is a good news to everyone in Singapore! UNIQLO is launching it First South East
Asia outlet which is 8,700 sq ft in Singapore located at the brand new shopping
mall, Tampines 1. UNIQLO outlet will be at 2nd Floor, Unit Number: 28, 29, 30.
The opening hours will be from 1000 hours - 2200 hours. You can board SMRT
(subway) EAST WEST Line and alight at Tampines Station.
UNIQLO 2nd outlet will be opening
soon at ION ORCHARD which is 10,000 sq ft. UNIQLO plan to open four to six
stores in Singapore. UNIQLO will be using Singapore as a platform to showcase
the trendy, unique and value for money to let people from Malaysia, Indonesia
and even Thailand visitors to experience UNIQLO. The prices range start from
S$14.90 to S$99.90.
UNIQLO will be official opening
to public from 9 April 2009 at 1000 hours onwards. Those who love to buy
Japanese clothes or want to feel cheap-Chic brand and yet stylist clothes do
visit UNIQLO and support it by buying their clothes.

Today is Earth Day. Singapore
will be joining the global to switch off the light from 8.30- 9.30pm. Many
shopping mall and Government sector taking part in 60 Earth Hour event.
Especially in Orchard Road,
shopping mall like TANGS and WISMA is switching off the light. Many shoppers
praise and clap their hands to support 60 Earth Hour. In CBD area, the
commerical building like the MAYBANK are switching off the light.
Esplanade also held 60 Earth Hour
event too. Many people taking part of this event and they light the candles and
off the light to vote for Earth. At the Esplanade by the Bay, there are LIVE
concert. I enjoy the LIVE concert. The performance sing very well.
Thank you for switching off your
light and vote for Earth. Your taking part in switching off the light saves the
Earth! Not only for today, we should help to save the Earth by recycle, reuse
our item. Switch off the light when we are not using and turn on the air-con by
25 degree.
Till now, I am still grief of my
late cousin who departed last Saturday. To sob my grief, I would want to share
with you the memories that I had with her during my childhood times. When I am
still young, my cousins families used to come to our house regularly for my
Grandmother and Grandfather Birthday celebrations, Chinese New Year or any
gathering.
I also remembered during the Moon
Cake Festival (冬秋节),
my house area will organize an event where all the kids carry lantern and walk
around the area. After that, they will stay at my place. We used to play in our
grand parent's room. There are so many happy moment.
I also remembered that, my
younger brother fall down from the chair, my cousin help him and comfort him. My
cousin is such a nice and friendly lady. My cousin tag me along with her and
went to my house area to see the comics at the comic shop. At that time, I was
still young and perhaps being bullied by the boss, when she knew it, she
confront the boss and there are some refund.
Time flies and all of us grow up.
We seldom meet compare to last time but at least we are still in contact. The
last outing with my cousin and her friend was during Chinese New Year Period in
2008. After we Bai Nian, I meet my cousin at her house area with her friend and
we went to Orchard Road. We head to HMV first and then we went to book Movie
ticket at the Shaw Orchard and we went to wheelock place to browse around.
After that, we went for a late
night movie. After the movie, we went to McCafe and talk till morning. We walk
toward to NTUC building and eat our breakfast and take a cab home. Then in the
evening, we met again to sing K at City Hall area.
The last time I saw her was this
year Chinese New Year, she got toy cat for herself as she told me that her mum
do not worry her to keep cats and she loved it a lot. We also played her favorite
toy cat. But now, I could not able to see my cousin again..
I really not know why this thing
will happen to her and I really cannot believe myself that she is gone
forever... She departed too sudden. It is time for us to reflect for our life
and we should not make any regrets in life when the person or we are still
alive. Why are we here for? Why sometime we could feel lost and in-secure in our
life?
The moment when we know we are
going to die, what are we thinking of? Are we afraid? Are we bear to leave? I do
not know the answer... We would only know this when our time is up. What is my
advice is that, TREASURE each of everyone, LOVE them and ENCOURAGE them. Do not
make any regrets in life.
Today is my late-cousin final
journey. My dad, uncle, mother, brother and I meet somewhere near to my aunt
place and ride their car to Bright Hill Monastery. We reached at 0830 hours. My
late-cousin friends about 4 of them are there too.
About 0845 hours, the coffin car
arrives. We follows the coffin car behind and walk to cremate area. The adults
can not offer joss stick as their ages are older than decreased. So, we and some
of my late-cousin friends offer the joss stick and the monk arrive and start
chanting. While the monk chanting, I cried silently. All of us pray... Then, we
follow the monk walk circle around the coffin and soon... the coffin pushed in
the cremation oven and cremate.
After that, we went to other
temple for another prayer. After the prayer, we went for breakfast/lunch. We had
素.
About 1200 hours, we return back to Bright Hill Monastery to collect the ashes.
Before collecting the ashes, we went to my cousin new home where her ashes will
be keep. Finally, find her new home and we head to ash collecting center to
collect her ash.

We put some coins into the urn. Families and friends pick the bones and put
inside the urn. Then, the monks arrives and chanting, we offer the joss sticks
and follows the monks to put the urn and some prayers.
Finally, it all done. The final
journey for my late-cousin ends here. Although all of us feel sad but I also
feel happy that, she no need to face any old ages problem or any illness
problems. May you rest in peace my Beloved cousin. I will always miss her from
my heart.
Just
now my mum told me terrible news! My Female Cousin departed! Her body was found
on the void deck! She is not sure if she fell off or commits suicide! I am so
shocked to hear this news!!
I
called my cousin friend to ask if they know anything uncommon but they do not
know. Furthermore, this coming Monday is her Birthday! I am so lost.. Really do
not know what to do and my mum cried! My mum even told me that my dad never ate
his dinner.
My
family never break the news to my grandmother yet and also not sure how to break
this news to my grandmother as my grandmother dote her alot and my cousin always
make my grandmother very happy.If
they break the news to my grandmother, I am sure my grandmother could not take
it.
The
last time I saw my cousin was during Chinese New Year and she look okay. But,
now... ...
Tomorrow
I will be going down and pay respect to my cousin. I also heard they wont held
any funeral due to Chinese custom, Elderly could not send Younger wake. 黑头人不能送白头人。
I
also text message to my supervior for urgent leave or rather compassionate
leave. I hope they will approve me. It is too sudden.. I just want to spend time
with my mum and dad..
