My Last Day of Work

Today is my last day of work. Nothing seem differences. Everything looks fine but somehow I feel very miserable and lonely. I always looking forward to this day to come but somehow the day is finally come but I just feel extreme lonely.... Why? Why? Why? Is there somewhere I could reveal? I really very exhausted to live in this cruel and heartless world... Someone please save me?!

Anyway, after my last day of work, I went to meet Gary at Orchard road. We went to Plaza Sing and have my dinner at Carl Junior. After that, we went to the Cathay and walk around.. I saw a toy which is very cute and I want to buy, but Gary buy it for me and give it to me!!

This is my second Christmas Present!! Ha Ha... Thanks Gary! After that, I take bus home while Gary take train home..

My Malaysian Friends Going Back Home.

Today, my Malaysian friends are going back to Kuala Lumpur. But, I could not sent them off. Anyway, hopping them that they had enjoyed themselves for the past few days in Singapore. Tomorrow will be my last day of work. Time past so fast that I actually work here for almost three months!! And I am going to enlist National Service soon!!!

My boss comes to the shop and meet some interviewer to interview to work in here as tomorrow will be my last day of work.. At the same time, he gave me Christmas gift which I do not even ever expected for it!! I am very touch and surprise about it. Ha Ha.. Then, I went to Mos Burger to order a meal for my lunch. When I come back from work and I open the Christmas gift that my boss had given. It is a Renoma wallet!! Thanks boss for your gift =) I am very appreciate for the gift!!

Christmas Day Outing

Today Carlson and I take bus to Tao Payoh, after that we take train to Novena walk and at the same time settle my gym bill and ask for suspension as I am going to National Service (NS) soon. After that, we went to take the subway to Orchard station. While waiting for the train, we take photographs in the platform. Soon, the train arrives and it is very crowded!!

After we reach the orchard station, we went outside the street and take photographs in the middle of the road as there will be a Christmas carnival during the evening. Therefore there is roadblock. we head down to Starbuck at Paragon for a drink while waiting for Ryan and his friend. At the same time, we ate donuts which we had purchased. Soon, they arrived and they rest awhile before we went to shop around.

There are so many shop which is closed due to Christmas. At the same time, we take photographs again. After that, we head down to Hereen and went to Mooks as Ryan want to buy shirt while Carlson request to walk alone.. After that, we went to eat the famous noodles. Then, we walk down to Singapore Visitor Centre. We use Carlson camera and take photographs again.. After that, we head in to the Centre as Ryan and his friend take some tour information. After collecting the stuff, Ryan call Carlson and ask his whereabouts. Then, we meet in front of John Little. After that, bring Carlson to eat dinner. All of us watching him to eat.. Ha Ha...

Everyone looks so tired, so we decide to go home. After reaching my house area, went for a walk at night bazaar awhile before going back home. My Malaysian friends are going back tomorrow!

Christmas Eve Holiday with Malaysian friends

Today as usual I have to work. I am not sure if I will be working half day or I have to work till closing as my boss have yet to inform me. It is very quiet at here.. The road outside seem to be very busy.. Many cars drives pass and stop when the traffic turn red..

Then around 430pm, my boss called me and ask me to close shop at 5pm. I am so happy that I can dismiss soon but I just had my late lunch.. Ha Ha.. Soon, it 5pm. I shut down my laptop and put it in my SISLEY  laptop bag. After that, I close the shop and cross the road to take the bus home. During the bus journey, I saw many people dashing home and the bus was pack. It seem like everyone is rushing back for Christmas and it makes me think that today is new year eve where everyone rushing home for dinner.. Ha Ha.. I begin to feel extreme sleepy...

Soon, the bus reaches my area. I alight and walk home. After that, rest awhile, bath and change shirt and meet my Malaysian friends at Marina Square. I went to take bus to City Hall. Soon, it reaches City Hall. I alight from the bus stop and walk to Marina Square. The place full of people shopping and the weather are so windy and cooling.. I found them at Centre court of Marina Square. After that, we went to BODS. Ryan purchased a jacket. Then, we walk to Raffles City as Ryan want to buy some clothes. We also went to Topshop/ Topman. I saw the security personal who had transfer to here as it is the new outlet and I had chat with him since I last worked at Topshop. After that, we went to CK and Espirit. We also went to Levi. I went to buy Levi stuff from there. Ha Ha.. After that, we walk to Central, Clark Quay for dinner.

I ask them to choose which restaurant to eat, but there are so many nice restaurant to choose from. In the end, they choose Japanese Western Restaurant. We took many photos in the restaurant and we really enjoy our Christmas dinner!! Full of fun and laugher.. Although all of us are tired. Ha Ha.. After our dinner, we take the subway to Douby Ghaut. It is about the time to countdown to Christmas! We went to take couple of photos over there. It is very fun. There also LIVE countdown. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Merry Christmas~ Everyone start cheering and spraying the foam!! Which makes the floor to be very slippery and we also avoid stranger by straying the foam on us. We walk all the way to Orchard.

It seem like there are many stages for us to clear as people straying the foam on each others. The street full of people and those who drive the car are not forgettable!! People straying the foam onto the cars who drives past them! Even Taxi also spray on it. Somehow it is out of control. There are many police around to prevent people to create trouble. We are lucky enough that till now the foam does not spray on us! We walk towards to Wheelock bus stop and wait for bus home. We suppose to take the same bus home together but till now the bus have yet to arrive. Moreover, I cannot take Mid night bus home as it could not reach my area. So in the end, bet goodbye to them and went to take cab home.

This is my first time taking the cab home after it increase of taxi fare since last week. When it reaches my home, it cost S$14!! It's 15% more than what I paid when I take cab home during midnight!! I am freaky tired!!!

My Malaysian friends Comes To Singapore

Today, My Malaysian friends Carlson and Ryan from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia comes to Singapore. I meet them after my work as I could not able to take any leave. Around 8pm when I knock off from work, I went to find them at Tg Bahru. After meeting them, We went to take MRT. I bring Carlson to my area and Ryan and other friend went to Tampinese.

Today rather exhausted.. I am not sure if tomorrow I will have half day of work a not... I hope I will have half day as tomorrow is Christmas Eve.

Meeting Aunt and Cousin

This morning I went to Kinokuniya to buy magazine. After that, went to Ang Mo Kio and meet my aunt for breakfast. After eating breakfast, I went to cut my hair as my hair extreme long and ugly. This time round, my hair are short and look kinda boyish!! Many people thought I am underage like around 16 or 17 years old. Ha Ha... Then, we took photographs using PSP in the mall. After that, my aunt and I take bus to Bugis to meet my cousin for shopping.

When, we reached, we went to Watson as my aunt want to buy something. Soon, my cousin reaches and we went to Mos Burger. The sky turn dark and it start to rain cat and dog.. Then, we went to Bugis Village after the rain has stop. We went to 2nd floor and cousin went to buy bag and earring.

After that my cousin treat us to Sakae Sushi for dinner. We also took a lot of photographs over there... After that went back home.

Movie Preview: Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium

When the movie start, it show a book with each chapter of Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium. It began the story of the unconfident store manager, Molly Mahoney who works for Mr Magorium toy Emporium. The store inside are magical! Superdexterous 9 year-old kids who help Mahoney and Mr Magorium to maintain the store as Superdexterous do not have any friends and everyone think that he is a weirdo.

The movie also feature sesame street one of the character, Kermit the frog come to Mr Magorium toy shop for shopping. Mr. Magorium decide to pass the shop to Mahoney as he told Mahoney that he is going to leave the world as he is 243 Years old. But for Mahoney, her only interest is to play the piano. Mr Magorium decide to give Mahoney a block of wood cube. Mr Magorium told Mahoney that if she believe in a block of wood cube, some miracles will happen.

Soon, the store decides to throw an unusual tantrum as Mr Magorium want to depart from this world. Mr Magorium comfort the store and ask them not to play tantrum. A skeptical accountant named Henry (Jason Bateman) comes in to audit the Legos and Lincoln Logs. There one monkey soft toy want to hug Henry but do not manage to. After he comes in, there are so many things happen... Mahoney decide to trust and believe in the a block of wood cube. But nothing happen.

Mahoney do not want Mr Magorium to pass the store to her. But Mr Magorium mentioned he died. After Mr Magorium depart from this world, the once sparking colorful saturated toy Emporium turned gray and quiet. Mahoney decide to sell the shop. As she could not manage the store.

Will the store be sold to other buyer? Can Mahoney take over the store? Can the Toy Emporium come to live again? Please visit the movie complex and catch this move yourself. I am sure you will be trill in Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium.

Celebrate Lie Bee 21^st Birthday

Yesterday was Lie Bee 21^st Birthday. For the first time, she asked me where is the cheapest price to drink in pub few days. I am surprised that she would ask me. Even my former classmate, Poh Swan thought that I am the one who suggested it!! Ha Ha.. So, I suggested two district area, Clark Quay (Clinic) or Tanjong Pagar. As I told her that Clinic pub are good as the pub concept is about the hospital theme. The beer cost around S$45 per jag and is Buy one get one free. And the Tanjong Pagar cost around S$20++, so she choose Tanjong Pagar. Lie Bee invited Janis, Poh Swan and me. We suppose to meet at 830pm but I've to wait for my boss and the interviewer.

But I waited almost 20 minutes and yet both of them did not arrive, so I called my boss. My boss told me that he forgotten to inform me that the interviewer postpone tomorrow!! -_- So, I quickly close the shop and take the bus to MRT station. I thought I will be the last one to arrive Tangjong Pagar but in fact, I am the first one to reach!! I am so exhausted in rushing!!! Sigh.. About 10 minutes, Janis, Lie Bee and Poh Swan arrives.

Then, we walk towards to MOX pub. Soon, we reach the place and we took the lift to 4th floor. The Mox change their concept and design where I last visited it. But, we do not like their staff now. As their staff are rude to us. Not really into good customer service!!! When my friend want to make a order, the staff stare at her and when the staff serve the drink, he forgotten to bring one glass to us and he really know who make the payment!!

Heck, he told us we must leave at 10.30pm as the couch which we are sitting are reserved but at least tell us nicely. But heck, we had so much fun taking the photographs... But I look so tired.. It seem like a small gathering after we left our secondary school days.. We also even went outside to take photographs. Soon, it 10pm and that staff come again with his emotionless rule tone to order us to leave this place! We choose other place to sit but it seem like he follow us and told us all are taken!!

We are really not into good mood to order drink from here again and we went to ground floor, Play club as it free entrance. After the bouncing checking our NRIC, we went to find a place to sit. Then, I went to the bar tender and ask for the menu. The waitress and the waiter told me that they do not have physical menu to see but they have LIVE human menu.. Ha Ha.. So, both of them come to our table and asked us what kind of drink do we like.. If we can take strong, light drink. Lie Bee and I have 2 Flavored Margarita, while Janis have chocolate something and Poh Swan have lychee something.. The waiter and the waitress are so friendly and nice. The waiter even give extra food to my friend!! Ha Ha...

We went there to chat and talk till around 12am. All of us went back home. Lie Bee and Poh Swan take cab home. While Janis and I take bus home. Janis bus arrives first... It was a great time gather together.. Happy 21^st Birthday to Lie Bee.

Hong Kong Paradise 2

If you intend to visit Hong Kong, then you must visit their theme park like the Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park, The Charlie Brown and Snoopy theme park and the Ngong Ping 360 which you can ride the cable to the hill. Please be prepare to interchange the MTR line as in Hong Kong, there are many interchange to differences part of Hong Kong. It is advice you travel to this places should be in the morning as during Winter seasons, the Day time are short and the Night time are longer. About 6pm, it is very dark. Remember to take your glove as it will be cold!!

Hong Kong Disneyland and Ngong Ping 360 is locate near to the Hong Kong International Airport which is at Lantau Island. No matter which hotel you are staying, you can just take the MTR ride to the Disneyland or Ngong Ping 360. 

If you are going to Disneyland and you are locate at Tsim Sha Tsui (Red Line), interchange to Central station and ride the Yellow Line. After that interchange to Sunny Bay to Disneyland Resort line. Please take out your camera and snap the photographs as the train is base on the Disney Theme. Differences train carrier carries differences Disney Characters display and their seat are differences too!! The train window are Mickey mouse head!!

It is like you are going to head to the Disney wonderland. there are full of fun and laugher! From the Disneyland station, you can take the photographs.. And the land are big too!! You can ride the tram ride or to take photos with your favorite Disney character like Mickey mouse and Minnie, Winnie the Pooh and so on.. After that, you could take the Winnie the Pooh train ride.

Soon, you will feel very hungry, you can head down to the food fantasy area to have your meal. Please take note, it would be very costly as one meal can cost you about S$11. After that, you can went to the gift shop to buy the Disney characters toys or the shirt back home. The fun part is that please bring many HKS$5 coins as it can compress your coins to the Disney character coin as collection! Or you can buy the badges to exchange with the Disneyland crews or stranger to get your favorite badges. You will like it very much!!!

But their restroom kinda bit turn off. As that time I went, their restroom are not in good condition especially near to the exit. You can go to the future land where you can take photos with the toys story character, play the arcade. Soon, it 6pm and the sky turn dark.

About 7pm, the fireworks start at the castle area. It was amazing! with the sound effect!! It last about 25 Minutes. It close for the operation around 8.30pm. And you could take the night scenery outside. Although many people mentioned that Hong Kong Disneyland is bit turn off and there are nothing much to see compare to other Disneyland. But to me, it is worth it as the crews are nice, the fireworks and the happy time in Hong Kong Disneyland! You can purchase the Disneyland entrance through internet booking or buying on actual day.

Ngong Ping 360 is locate at Tung Chung station. You can transfer to the cable car or the bus to the hill. What special about Ngong Ping 360? The special is that you can see the Largest Buddha Statue in the world at Ngong Ping 360. Taking the ride to cable car is fun. Although the cable car did not on it air-con but the nature air makes you feel very cold and you can breath in the cool and fresh air. From there, you can see the beautiful scenery like the airport, buildings and soon, you can see the Buddha Statue inside the cable car. You will reach the hill about 25 minutes.

Once you reach the ground, you will feel like you are in the older days village where there is "inn" and Cha Guan (tea house). There are many Chinese shop around. If you are not get use to Chinese stuff, you can visit to the 7-eleven. You can even climb up the hill to Buddha statue. If you are tired, you can rest at star buck to have a cup of hot coffee and to relax. You can choose to walk at the Wisdom Path. Where you can read the words around the path. It is worth of visiting to Ngong Ping 360. Please take note that Ngong Ping 360 cable car will resume on 31 December 2007.
